The soothing effects of Peppermint, Wintergreen and Lavender essential oils have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the temporary relief of headaches and mild migraines including a throbbing head, sinusitis, nausea and nervous tension.
How to use
Adults: Massage 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage into head, chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
For children: Vapourise up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water in your vapouriser to clear blocked nose and induce a restful sleep.
