Apply to clean, damp skin. Massage the oil on limbs with long, soft strokes from top to bottom. Start with the neck and move down to your shoulders, arms, torso, abdomen, legs, and feet. The whole massage doesn’t need to take more than 5-10 minutes.
This oil can be added to a bath, foundation, daily moisturiser or ends of the hair for an extra hydrating boost.
